Exchange Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must provide clear photos or a video showing the damage when requesting an exchange.

Exchanges are only applicable for the same product or a similar item of equal value.
Note: Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items. We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong order placement, or dislike of color/design after purchase.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

How to Request an Exchange

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If the damage is confirmed, we will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.

If the product is returned without valid reason or damage, the customer will bear the two-way shipping charges.
