We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates: 1kg standard/1

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the procwicts are given in good faith but are estimates only.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international delivery to most countries.

• Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).

• Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or other trusted international couriers.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Import Duties

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees based on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Generally we deliver our product within 5 to 6 working days. And in case of refund, first we verify the account details and then we will refund you within  8 to 10 working days.
